Blaschetto.com is a personal content website about Sardinian and Italian food culture, operated by Antonio Setzu. Contact: use the contact form.

We collect minimal data:
- Contact form submissions: name, email, and message — sent via Formspree and not stored on this site.
- Newsletter sign-ups: email address only — sent via Formspree.
- Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics 4, only with your cookie consent. IP addresses are anonymised. We do not build profiles or sell data.
3. Cookies
We use cookies only when you explicitly accept them via our cookie consent banner:
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4): used to understand how content performs. These are set only after consent.
- Consent preference cookie (
blaschetto_cookie_consent): stores your accept/decline choice in localStorage. No expiry set — cleared when you clear browser data.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party marketing cookies.

We do not store personal data on our servers. Form submissions are handled by Formspree and subject to their retention policy. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics (the minimum configurable period).
